SHIPPING POLICY

At Supercharge Supps, we strive to ensure a seamless and efficient shipping experience for our valued customers. Please read the following information carefully to understand our shipping procedures: 

Order Processing Time: 

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 business days. 
  • During high volume seasons, sales, or holidays, additional processing time may apply. 
  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays. 

Carrier Responsibility: 

  • Once a package is handed over to the carrier, the chosen carrier is responsible for determining the delivery routes. 
  • We are not liable for packages once they have left our facility. 

Shipping Costs: 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of delays, incorrect destination addresses, or if the order originally qualified for free shipping. 

Domestic Shipping (Within the USA): 

  • Standard shipping within the USA typically takes 7-10 business days, excluding weekends and federally observed holidays. 

International Shipping: 

  • International orders may experience delays due to custom procedures. 
  • Normal shipping time for international orders is up to 14 business days from the shipping date. 
  • Customers are responsible for any customs and duties charges associated with their packages. 

Restricted Shipping: 

  • We currently do not ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Belarus, India, Iraq, Qatar, Russia, Tanzania, Tristan da Cunha, Turkmenistan, Yemen. 

Refused or Returned Packages: 

  • If a package is refused, abandoned, or returned to sender due to an invalid address or unpaid customer fees, a refund will not be issued. 

Ingredient Restrictions: 

  • Customers are advised to check their country's import regulations for specific ingredient restrictions before purchasing. 
  • We do not issue refunds for orders seized by customs unless all products are returned to our warehouse in their original condition. 

Lost Packages: 

  • If you are unable to locate your package, we recommend checking your property, with neighbors, and with those residing in your home. 
  • Contact the mail carrier (UPS, USPS, DHL, and DHL Express) for updates on your order’s shipping status after 3 or more days.
